after open the link clicking in the text resise picture above you will get windows powertoys in right side where is a list of download tools- choose resise picture - save and run programme and everytime you need the aplication after select a photo but open it only has thumbnails - right click in mouth
than you see the text resise picture -click and choose the sise you want.-it will save a copy without changing the original.try and learn.
